We have tried to distribute a new SmartIcon to be added to user's toolbars according to the directions in this article:

They do not work. I need an automated way to distribute SmartIcons.
We are attempting to distribute a special one to our executives without having to go to each one of their PCs and laptops in various locations. It is very important that we find a solution to help make Notes look capable so they will not continue in their hatred of Notes and want to kick it out of here.
Does anyone have any ideas? Supposedly, a solution for this was going to be addressed by Lotus at some point. Does anyone know if it has been addressed yet?
We are still on 6.0.1, but I don't believe that this is 'fixed' in any version.
